Efixnow.com is a great computer tech support services company. Earlier this week I called and purchased services including email help and a full clean and optimization of my computer by a technician. The promise was that all my computer problems would be fixed and I would be able to get into my email. The woman I talked to was named Nicole. She was extremely nice and very helpful as well as informative about why I was having the computer problems I was. She pointed out that I didn't have an anti-virus or anti-spyware program installed. Eythan is the computer support tech that corrected my email problem and installed anti-virus or anti-spyware programs at no additional cost for me as well as doing the full clean and optimization. Eythan not only gave me the email help i needed to get into my yahoo email account but also spent an hour explaining how I could surf the internet more safely to prevent email problems and computer issues in the future. A big thumbs up to these guys!
By the way they right here in the U.S. And they do not outsource clients so you will never talk to someone in India or the Philippines!
