A warning popped up on my computer saying that my computer was at risk for spyware, adware, and viruses. I completed their scan of my files and found out that my computer was infected. When I found out it was going to cost me $49.95 I tried going on to Comcast who I have service through to download McAfee. The ad for Anti Virus 2009 kept popping up and kicking me off the internet and would not allow me to log onto Comcast to even check my email. I was not able to do anything at all on my computer because the ad would not go away. So I purchased the Anti Virus 2009 for $49.95 on my credit card. After I paid for it I was able to check my email and had an email from them confirming my order. It sent me a registration code to register and download their product. When I tried to register it told me that my email address was invalid. I never could get it working and when I went to the web address they gave me for technical help it did not exist. All I want is my hard earned money back.
