My husband and I are selling a home in North Central Texas. We signed up with TXU energy to provide the electrical service. For several months we received bills ranging between $20 and $25. July I was getting hit extra hard at my small store in Dallas on electric bills, and I felt like I was being overcharged so I called to ask TXU for help. I thought maybe there would be a better plan out there to help save money. The first representative I talked to said that TXU provided a new plan ...

TXU Energy
Disconnected After Paying Past Due, Credit Bureau Reporting Despite Agreement

Shops, Products, Services Michael1275 0

I wasn't too amazed at all the other complaints against TXU. They cut off our service last October after I paid a past due amount, past due because we were taking a $1742 pay dock from being out on medical leave per physician orders (one of those "unless you want to lose a leg" things). ...

TXU Energy

Here's the situation with TXU Energy: I had a bill due in April for $272.31. I paid through its Bill Matrix system with an electronic check. Through drafts I have set up through my bank, the check did not clear. I happen to see it when I was online, and called Bill Matrix again, and paid $273.00 ...
