We ordered 71 t-shirts with deceased son's pic in front customized in advance, due 9-24-10. We called after lunch shirts not ready, had to wait till after closing to pick up 7:30 pm. We were told only 57 were done cause they made a mistake & the others didnot arrive in time. T-shirts were poor ...
