Return Policy, Shipping costs more than the goods! Salt Lake City Utah

I have just had the most frustrating experience with Overstock.com and its return policies. I was sent a label to use to return a $49.99 item that would have cost me $15.51 to return the item. Rather than use that, I got on their live chat line and received instructions to send it back by the US ...

During the holidays we all try to get the best deals we can. Overstock was offering a 20% discount if you bought their products via Pay Pal. I went through the hassle of adding my credit card to Pay Pal so I could order a bed spread for my daughter. I never received the 20% discount and was told I ...

What a shock to not only get the wrong items but to find out their return policy is for a partial refund if the package is opened! How do you check your purchase on an unopened item? I ordered area rugs for 24.99 and ...

They agreed to process a return—but I was going to have to pay UPS $6.95 (Overstock ships all of their items for $2.95). I reread the manual ...

The next day when we turned the unit on there was a strong odor of smoke comming out of the machine. Three days later you could smell the scent ...

Be careful about buying from Overstock. I ordered a laptop computer from them on 8/3/07, and called the next day to cancel it. Even though less than 24 hours had passed, they refused to cancel it. I told them OK (online chat), I would just refuse it. "Oh, please don't do that, " (they ...

This company (Pure Health) also claims the only way I can get out of auto-scheduling is to pay them $170. Else, they will send me more products, on a scheduled basis, and rack up more charges.
