America Online AOL ripoff dishonest practices in billing liars risk free disk bs

Internet & Web Lissy2 0

The newest tactic for AOL is to provide a "risk free" disk. When I first had started up my account on April 8th, I called them about what this is suppose to mean. What I was told that it means (by an AOL employee) is that you have to pay for your service up front (which isn't stated ...

The big companies must think we are all idiots out here. Sometimes I wonder about myself! My daughter went in the navy 1 1/2 years ago and I called AOL @ that time to disconnect the service. Like someone else had said they sweet talk you into keeping some sort of service with them. I was paying ...

I was going over my bank statement and noticed two charges for AOL*TWX Service. But there was no number to call or any other information. I call the bank and they have no other info either.
