They charged my account $23.95 on 5-11-12 & on 6-11-12 they said i requested a membership form them to provide credit information, in may. Never recieved a membership number or any credit info. I cancelled "membership" on 6-13-12 but they wouldnot reinburst the two monthly payments. ...
