Belisi Fashions
Advertising in a manner that is not clear or concise leading you into a monthly Tie club, nasty customer service reps ripoff

Shops, Products, Services Anonymous 51247 0

The Belisi Tie offer comes via another e-mail offer for a "you have won a free Plasma TV". This begins as a simple "all you have to do to claim your TV is answer our advertising survey", which progresses in normal fashion and explains that the advertisers all pay for the free TV ...

Belisi Fashions
Ripoff, fraudulent billing

I wanted to see what kind of ties this company carried and made my subscription to them. Then, a few days after I received a box with three ties inside, and a piece of paper (invoice). This was all the content of the box. There was NOTHING else inside the box. I was billed for US$ 16.95. NOTE: ...

Belisi Fashions/Clothiers Palm Beach Patterns RIPOFF! Scam artists! Deceptive! Nuisance to society!

Internet & Web Anonymous 48547 0

Original offer was the 3 ties for $16.95, then some bogus agreement to sign your life over to them. They want you to buy like 3 or 4 more ties at a highly inflated cost. They may think that this is all fine and dandy, but I did not even receive the original 3 ties to begin with. I tried contacting ...

Belisi Clothiers
Silk Tie Fraudulent web site

Belisi attracts people by saying you can get 3 silk neck ties for $3 each. It's their "introductory offer." Their entire web site is designed to fool consumers into thinking that is the end of their commitment. Only when you get your confirmation email (maybe not even then) will you ...

Belisi Clothiers
Same Package, Rip-Off

I have the same problem like so many others with this company. My Wife signed up for some "special deal" and belisi (bs for short) sent us 3 ties. We thought well for $3 bucks, not a bad deal for "average ties." Two months later we have two packages with two new ties. Apparently ...
