This has been an ongoing problem, it seems that no matter how early I mail the payment, they charge a late charge. I mailed the payment on Sept. 5 and they posted it on Sept. 16 - 11 days from the date it was mailed. The payment only goes to City of Industry, which is about 100 miles south of ...
