First, let me say that I found the Texas address by putting "Zero Plus Dialing" in my web browser and it took me to a site for Billing Concepts of FLORIDA, Inc., based apparently in TEXAS! It gives a link to a web site that gives a link to a ZPDI website but you can find NO physical ...
