Ripoff, worst service, product doesn't last, get the run around
Bought product from company and the bulb blew within a few months. ShopNbc said it wasn't covered and to contact Vivitek. They in turn tell me it will cost me $196 to replace a bulb for a TV I already spent $2000 for plus shipping. What's the point of buying this GREAT TV if the bulb doesn't last. ...
