TOOK my money in July 09 and STILL have not credited it to my account!
In July of I made my regular auto insurance payment to USAA. However, they NEVER credited said payment to my account! Instead, they marked my account "late", DESPITE the fact that they had CASHED my check! Here I am, Dec 4, and they STILL have not credited that payment to my account ...
