Ripoff Western Bank purchased by US Bank, closed account but account was never closed. Now bank is trying to collect bank fees on account that was closed with a balance
In 1996 Western Bank in Sioux Falls, SD was purchased by First Bank Systems. Since that time, First Bank has sold to US Bank. Checing account was closed due to First Bank requirement that accounts with a balance below $ would be charged a $25.00 per month fee. The account was closed in May of 1996. ...
