Ed Burke Paid $895 for them to sell timeshare. After 6 months get refund if the don't. They didn't

October I signed with them to sell my Ormond Beach condo. Paid them $895.00 which was to be refunded. I received no email offers. After 6 months I tried to contact them. I have email tickets to prove how many. They would call me back at odd hours to where I wouldn't usually be available. When I ...

Mike Holland - "Hal" The Sales Rep A Completely Immoral, Fraudulent Company! No Intentions to Sell, or Give You That 100% Refund Back! Beware!

I am so angry at this company. My only comfort is that I see I am not the only one duped by these criminals. Last June I signed up with them for $895 to sell my timeshare in Hawaii. When I stated that I did not have the money available the salesperson said he could reduce the cost of the listing to $495 and I could pay the remaing $400 when I accepted ...

This letter was sent to Mr. Sauzer mid April and I have never had a response. My next step is to take this to court. Dear Mr. Sauzer; I entered into a binding agreement with your company six months ago, on October 23, at which time your sales rep took $995.00 from me and promised to sell my condo ...
