Ed Burke Paid $895 for them to sell timeshare. After 6 months get refund if the don't. They didn't

October I signed with them to sell my Ormond Beach condo. Paid them $895.00 which was to be refunded.

I received no email offers.

After 6 months I tried to contact them. I have email tickets to prove how many. They would call me back at odd hours to where I wouldn't usually be available.

When I returned calls they were never available stating different hours they worked each time. Usually when I would be sleeping.

They owe me the refund and I was told they would contact me at the end of six months in case I wanted to renew or receive refund. They did not!
