Hotwire
Made a last-minute reservation... And had it cancelled at the next-to-last minute!

I reserved a two-night stay starting the following day through Hotwire. A few hours after I made my reservation I got an email from Paypal that I had been refunded. I emailed Hotwire asking what I should do and got an auto-reply that I would be answered in under two hours. 5 or so hours later, I'm ...

I was traveling on business to atlanta for a tradeshow with 2 other business partners. The hotel where i usually stay at was sold out due to a football game nearby. I then went online and booked a room through hotwire (4 star hotel). They promise to get you premium room at 4 star hotels. I booked ...

Hot wire intentionally midleads you on available flight times then refues to give you the time offered before you buy the ticket

It is unfair of Hotwire to state in more then one place that all flights will be booked between 6am and 10pm, then make you buy your ticket blind and change the time. My return flight is at 5:10 am which I didn't want. Hotwire is aware the page states that but refuse to make it right. They have ...

The rates are cheaper but chances ...

Recently my husband and i were planning a trip to South Carolina. I knew from past trips Delta offer a non-stop flight for about 650. I thought maybe I could beat that fare using a discount flight search engine. I entered our trip criteria—2 adults, evening, the dates leaving, returning, and the ...
