Hewlett Packard, HP
Three Defective Computers and Refusal to Honor Warranty Refund

Miscellaneous skyguy 0

I bought a new, $1200 desktop PC directly from HP in July. From day one, the computer could not play sounds or video files properly. The sounds crackled and popped, and video files stuttered and stopped. After going around in circles with HP tech support and reinstalling various files to no avail, ...

Tx 1420 Blank Screen After Warranty Expires, Known Overheating Design Flaw

Miscellaneous garrettmai 0

I have a HP tx 1420 US that has gotten a blank screen issue when I boot up. This is an obvious issue with this particular product (the tx 1000 series). It begins happening after the warranty runs out and it is an obvious design problem with over heating. 1 year is not a reasonable time for HP to ...

I have a HP zv6000 laptop and have had so many issues with this unit. HP representatives have done exactly the same as Toyota! Sorry - nothing we can do for you... But, if you give us more money, we can meet you part way and it might fix your problem, if not, more money. I told HP the problems. ...

Miscellaneous Biker1 0

I purchased a HP Laptop from Best Buy. I have had it a month and it is in immaculate condition. I plugged a device into one of the 4 USB Ports, and the Black little piece broke. I contacted HP Support and had 2 chat sessions. I explained the issue in detail, and I said I still have the little black ...

Printer Rejected Refill Cartridges and Returned With No Explanation

Computers & Services Rebel3 0

I bought a Officejet printer a year ago and it has worked fine, that is until last month. I kept getting an error that basically told me I needed an official H/P ink cartridge. I had been using refills from Office Max with no problem. So I took it back to Best Buy because it's still under warranty. ...

Pavilion dv9000 Failed Within First Month and Warranty Repair Refused

Computers & Services tonyh 0

I purchased a HP Pavilion dv9000. It started to have problems within the 1st month by just shutting down at random, the fonts and icons would change size dramatically and finally the screen has gone black permanently. Throughout the whole time HP would not replace what was clearly a malfunctioning ...
