I need help. I got a summons last Thursday saying I am being sued from Asset Acceptance. I do not know what to do or how to deal with this? I asked them to validate the money owed and to send me something I signed. I never got a response! They are saying I owe almost $9,000 and they are asking for ...

Business & Finance Rosemarie15 0

I received a summons today from Asset Acceptance for a credit card account that was charged off in July. They state the last payment received was January 11, though I can't see how that is possible if it was charged off in July. Asset Acceptance purchased the account on 926. I now have a court date ...
