HSBC - Household Bank
I paid my balance in full 12-15 before receiving statement. They have a hold on my account for the same amount. Payment cleared the bank on the 19th. They say up to 14 days to release the credit hold on the payment amount. Ripoff
I did not want to do this but HSBC has given me no choice but to air my complaint against them since they see fit not to call me as I requested on-line.
