Since December 2018, this company has been deducting $16.50 quarterly from my checking account, totaling $379.50. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until yesterday. I have stopped this payment through my bank, but I definitely want to file a complaint.
I believe US Bank should also be included in this complaint because, as I have read, they authorized this withdrawal without my authorization.
