I recently signed up for an orchard account. I made my first payment via money order they received that. My second payment was made via money order they supposedly haven't received it in ten days. I mailed the payment with all my other bills, all other companies have received payments except orchard/Hsbc. They refuse to research the lost payment, they charged me a $30 late fee, and a $30 over limit charge, when account wasn't overlimit. I urge all persons not to do business with this company. They just want to destroy your credit and not rebuild it, and make you a slave to payments to them.
