I am paying OAN on a monthly basis 12.95, they state they are the clearinghouse for aDigitalVillage.com. I never signed up for either of these programs. Why am I paying them monthly, when you call you are placed on hold for an ungodly amount of time. Who is ESBI and Unitedtel.com, I pay them a ...
