I ordered a Frabosk Roma creamer from Studio lx on December 14. I was quickly sent a confirmation email with a link to my receipt. A couple of days later my debit card was charged. The information on my receipt (tracking and order status) was never updated, and I never received my package. I called ...

75 Dollar Home Visit Fee and Stove Not Covered

Please cancel my home warranty. It is not worth the paper it was written on. Please make the cancel date 10/01, as the lady told me that is when my house was covered. However, when I tried to use the plan for my stove, I was told you would not cover the stove, so the house or stove was not covered ...

I purchased a home warranty policy, the Orange Plus, which was supposed to cover everything. My home was a total renovation. First, every time a repairman is sent to your home, you are charged a $65 service fee. They told me they did not cover bathtubs and that I would have to take care of the ...

We were considering using their service in our firm until I called them to cancel my COBRA benefits from my previous employer. My old firm had over 40,000 employees and outsourced their HR to Hewitt Associates. My first attempt was to call the 800 # that was provided from my previous employer. I ...
