Ordered 2 printer cartridges, one color one black. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and black was defective. Took another 2 weeks and replacement arrives and it only prints blue and yellow. After 3 more weeks new cartridge arrives and it only prints blue and yellow. Requested a refund; they refused ...
