Ripoff unable to obtain all advertised and paid for manuals videos etc even after 2 months and numerous phone calls They no longer have an e-mail service deceptive company
I ordered my cableflex in June and was told it would be shipped in 3-7 days. After numerous calls, it arrived 3 weeks later. However, only the machine itself arrived; no manual, no videos or the "how-to" cards as promised. I was going to try to obtain them through their e: mail service, ...
