Merchants publishersmarketing svc obtained moey under false pretenses
Ecieved a phone call to continue magazine subscription. Gave credit card number to them then told them i would decline as it sounded suspicious. They took the money from the credit card anyway and refused to return it. No subscription has been forthcoming nor have i recieved anything of value. ...
