I rented from this landlord don klein I paid 1250.00 upfront. Deposit and one months $525 rent, and a $200 cat clean fee, which I don't know if I am suppose to get that back. Then a month later wanted $25 more to use the washer and dryer! So then I was paying $550 for rent. I stupidly paid one ...
