Debit Overage Fees and Humiliating Treatment at Branch
On Oct 27th I made phone calls with AT&T using my debit card. The merchant waited 2 weeks to take the funds out of my account. The hold amount was $1 for each of the calls. When I looked at my account on Nov 12th, the full charges had been taken out of my account, $4.35 for each of the 4 calls. ...
