On Oct 27th I had made phone calls using at&t using my debit card. The merchant waited 2 weeks to take the funds out of my account. The hold amount was $1 for each of the calls. When i looked at my account on Nov 12th the full charges were taken out of my account $4.35 for each of the 4 calls. ...
