Ordered and Paid for Advertised Car Manual that they never intended to send. Lied about sending it twice. Then refused to refund on the grounds that I was anoying their staff. Definetely a SCAM. I believe thay have done the same thing to lots of people. Just Google Rapid Manuals. ...
