Ordered and paid for a Car Manual, said they had posted it twice, waited 10 days each time, nothing arrived. Asked for refund, they agreed and then did nothing. They then told me they had withdrawn re London

Ordered and Paid for Advertised Car Manual that they never intended to send.
Lied about sending it twice.
Then refused to refund on the grounds that I was anoying their staff.
Definetely a SCAM.
I believe thay have done the same thing to lots of people.
Just Google Rapid Manuals.
