CS ignores all emails if you don't are area of the fanclub. They do not worry about you and just reacts once you document a CC or PayPal challenge. I'd prevent them no matter what if you don't do not need your product in a timely manner. They do not worry about you whatsoever. I lost my period together! Purchase their product elsewhere! Ideally someplace having a telephone number and receptive CS! Exactly what a waste of money and time!
