Purchased a set of Levi 501 reduce-to-fit trousers in the Torrance, California Levi shop a week ago.
I use a 34 waist. Requested for assistance with dimension plus they believed to choose 34. And so I purchased them, cleaned them, *air dried* them. Today they're in regards to a 31-inch waist.
Delivered them towards the shop to discover they wont take results or present trades, despite the fact that their salesperson recommended me to purchase that dimension.
Named Levi customer support. They stated it had been my problem for not obtaining guidance. I mentioned I did so get guidance—from their website. Then they declined to take accountability, stating their plan would be to not take results or trades on that item.
I'm 46 yrs old and that I invest many 1000s of bucks each year on apparel for my loved ones. I *was* a lifelong Levi client. That is around.
Congratulations, Levi, on destroying your manufacturer through low quality and customer support that alienates clients.
