I can't think how terrible it has been with Genie Bra. I spent weeks considering possibly obtaining the genie bra or even the ahh bra. I was recently in a Mattress bathtub and beyond near my home almost 2 weeks before when i discovered they'd the genie bra, therefore i got a 2x (which it plainly mentioned that it'd match me I am a m/xl top. First got it house with no shock it did not match, and so I delivered them the next evening. I ran across a community of in which a real genie bra individual from customer support was assisting everybody using their difficulties with the bras (primarily incorrect dimensions.) I told the individual of what occurred plus they explained that I'd have to increase a dimensionapproximately. Then when i named to-order they stated that they did not possess the 4x in-stock. Within 24 hours i obtained a phone from their store (have no idea how they got my amount except in the phone i put the night time before towards the call-center for purchasing.) They provided me A GOOD DEAL and so I considered to myself, "Okay this seems excellent" (that we understood there is likely to be considered a hook anywhere.) The person that I had been talking to i told him that I'd require a 4x when I had only purchased a 2x from the shop near my house also it did not match whatsoever. He continuously explained no that I'd require a 3x repeatedly and once again. Therefore lastly i told him that I suppose we're able to do the 3x so long as if it did not match I really could obtain the 4x no issues concerned. He obviously mentioned that after i obtained the 3x's when they did not match simply to call-back in and tell them and they might send the 4x's before I really could return the 3xis. Well i did the buy on March 13, I obtained the bras on March 21st and d surprise-they did not match (AT-ALL!) I immediately called within the the phone call centre and informed them what occurred they delivered me a return tag which I'd togo print-off and also the fedex location near my house (and so I invested cash on that) and delivered the return within the email the next evening. I continuously examine their order position to determine once they will soon be giving out my new bras. Nothing. All of the site claims is the fact that it is "in procedure." I named twice got the run-around both occasions everytime i requested to talk to somebody over them-they might never do it. The first guy i talked with certain me that there is nothing inappropriate which it did not express on the pc of stock that there is a backorder, and so I thought him.
