Our first encounter with Singer 22 I purchased a sale-priced ring I'd been seeking. I obtained an order verification by mail and got left to get them. 3 nights later I get a contact informing me them was sold-out which I ought to "appreciate 10PERCENT off my subsequent buy" 10%??? Gee thanks.
I gave Singer 22 another opportunity and also the identical thing occurred. I included my "10% off discount" in to the remark portion of my order and posted the purchase. I never received a follow-up mail and so I sent customer support to obtain a verification. No reply. I named each and every expansion on the phone-line. No response. This continued for just two times. Lastly somebody responded (with a significant bitchy attitude may I include) to I would like to realize that again, them I "bought" was sold-out. Therefore... I had been jilted on my first purchase even though trying to receive a discount, jilted on the MINUTE purchase with simply no notice. However they provided me 10% off my next purchase and served like these were doing me a benefit. Are you kidding me? This isn't the way you develop customer loyality IDIOTS
I've not visted this website since and also have spammed all their emails. Beware.
