I'd exactly the same issue by having an order I'd put before Christmas. First I had been cause think I'd obtain my purchase before Christmas... It came the 23rd simply to discover that all the decorations I'd requested as instructor presents weren't within the container. Despite the fact that they'd delivered merely a section of my purchase I had been billed for the whole purchase on my charge card. I named them instantly and was on-hold for more than 30 minutes before talking with a consultant. I had been informed the decorations never managed to get towards the factory which I'd not just be acknowledged for that decorations but might get a $25 credit on my Totsy take into account my trouble. Since that time no such breaks have now been provided despite the fact that I've likewise delivered two emails without any reaction along with my first telephone call. I eventually called again today and got ahold of the individual after fifteen minutes on-hold. I am looking to ultimately get my credit on my card within the next 24 to 48 hours. Nothing was believed to me in regards to a credit to my consideration this time around but I actually donot believe I'll be purchasing from their website again anyway. I actually donot know how a business can bill for something which was not delivered or why my bundle bill did not advise me the decorations weren't available. I want I'd have read critiques about Totsy before attempting them out.
