Did not get the Parka I ordered in Novembe

I requested a Parka on 11/27. They cashed the check immediately but never delivered the Parka, They stated it delivered on 12/15. They won't provide me a following # and wont reply Emailis or telephone calls... I spoke to Mass. Authorities plus they explained to get hold of your workplace with my criticism... Thank You for almost any aid I will get Brenda Dupee
