On Monday, November 28th, I visited “Pentagon Strip Products - 1301 South Joyce St. D26, Arlington VA, 22202” to wash my dad’s sport coat. It'd several greasy spots and that I cleaned it but spots didn’t emerge. And so I visited the dry-cleaning – I move there because 2006. All of the occasions they're doing okay work, not ideal but adequate. Occasionally, there are several spots however there-but you can observe they did attempt to clear which is good with me. The high ladies who operates there explained that spots mightn't emerge however they can do their finest. She questioned me for 2 times, to allow them to clear it better. They request two times to wash frequently and that I usually let them know: “No rush, simply please clear it well”. Nowadays, November 30th, I found choose my father’s coat, convinced that it'll appear far better. My dad loves this coat. After I looked over this coat, I noticed clear that nothing was completed – NOTHING!!! This high woman (later I questioned her title and he or she declined to provide it in my experience) informed me they washed it twice, did their finest, spots didn’t emerge and they'll cost me $8.00 for attempting. I will observe that they didn’t attempt, since it's actually wrinkled the way in which it was after I cleaned it, every small spot is there, practically nothing been completed for this coat!!! Once they attempt to clear but can’t eliminate anything, you can observe that. If a few of the spots however there-but you can observe they attempted, and coat appears pushed, I would’ve stated: “Oh, nicely atleast it appears only a little better”.in this instance they simply didn’t do the job and need to cost me $ 8.00 for maintaining the coat for just two times within their drycleaner. I didn’t pay, quit really psychological and my blood pressure went up right before work! Later this ladies named the manger/operator, his title is Steve Kim, and he explained they washed it three times. Which is that this? 2 times or three times? He didn’t wish to clear it again and that’s what I questioned him to complete. Please support me to solve this and make sure they are to try and clear this coat or not cost me given that they didn’t do any function!!
