I got a suede coat for this products to be washed. After I picked it and looked over it 24 hours later, the coat had exactly the same dirt scars because it did after I got it in. Got it back again to the products and was informed it had been not their responsibility, however the people they deliver it to, to be washed. I told the clerk that I needed my cash back. He called the dog owner. Operator should have advised him they'd deliver it back again to be washed. I declined stating "Why might I do want to obtain the same benefits again."
I again asked for my money-back and was declined.in considering this; taking a look at the coat again, my thinking may be the coat never quit their area. It had been placed on a hook, coated having a document neck address, a plastic carrier, and hung-up within the shop, having a cost of $35.00.
That Is dishonest and fraudulent.
