I ordered a dress for my cousin for my wedding off the site. When I learned it wasn't going to ship in time, I requested to cancel my order. Before it was shipped (a week before it was supposed to be shipped) they told me they would be charging me the price of the dress as a "handling" fee because it was specially made (a standard size! Like no one will ever order that size again!?)
A horrible company. I would recommend to NOT buy from this stupid, ridiculous site!
