Your order is sheduled to be completed and shipped around 3rd of Febuary. Please let me know if there is any problem with the schedule, so we can expedite. This is the IM note that I got on 2/16 -
Ivn: we have not gotten the dress as of yet
Michelle: Really sorry for the delay. We are putting a rush on your order, but it was delayed because of the Chinese New Year Festival Michelle: Can we can cancel the order and process the full refund?
Ivn: I'm not going to accept just a refund - Our wedding is in danger, and we can not get another dress within a week, What is the clear cut date
Michelle: now we are still working on the dress, because some of our tailors have not come back to work, the process is much more slower than usual. We are not sure when it can be shipped out
Michelle: If you can receive the dress by next week, is that ok for you?
Ivn: Next week is not acceptable - When will the dress be finish, You are located in NJ - I can pick it up.
Michelle: In that case, we can do nothing but to cancel your order, you can buy a dress in your location.
If you need a dress from this company please buy it at least 6 months before the wedding or you will not get it, now we have just three days including today to get a new dress for our cousin. They are a rip off - i paid for expedite also.
