I determined following a large amount of deliberation to purchase a set of UGG shoes from UGGmine.com taken care of them-and boots came within 5 times. All appeared great but just one minor issue. The shoes were also little
I requested a US7 since the explanation on the site stated estimate "This design has a tendency to operate a size big. We suggest purchasing a size smaller from your own common boot size. If you should be in between dimensions, we suggest purchasing a half-down. (for this reason I requested a US7 since I'm a UK6).
I called up and attempted to describe towards the woman they were also little (really annoying as she barely talked language), she explained the shoes were the best size for my toes plus they might extend (I really couldnot actually get my right-foot in to the trunk, how could they function as the right-size???) but I took her term for this even though looking to get my base in to the trunk the seam in the back split... Poor quality since I was not making them on!
After numerous emails and calls which went unanswered I ultimately got to this lady (who did not talk much language possibly also it was an british quantity I had been calling!) After telling the sales advisor about the phone that I'd prefer to return these shoes to get a substitute set I had been informed to see the return policy on the site (THERE'S NO RETURN POLICY LINK ON THE SITE). I informed her this via email and he or she delivered me a email back which was completely unnecessary to attempting to deliver the shoes back to get a alternative I subsequently informed her I didnt' need an upgraded I needed my cash back and he or she explained I really could deliver the shoes back which may charge me £50 to get this done and there is no promise that I'd get my cash back. I'm one REALLY disappointed client, £60 outofpocket, a set of shoes I can't use and that I cannot actually market on since they're broken.
I simply wish to create people conscious DON'T BUY FROM UGGMINE.com THEY'RE A RIP-OFF!!!
