Poor customer service

2 weeks without a refrigerator and I get don't worry i can assure you Steve will call you tomorrow. Again... We have a GE monogram Refridge. 2 weeks ago it started heating the freezer and fridge. Called GE and they sent a repair guy out. He did not speak just replaced a mother board and charged us 395.00.
It never got cold. A second guy came out and said OH i don't know why he replaced the motherboard it has nothing to do with the problem. You need 2 new evaporators and some other stuff. Another 900. Dollars and he ordered the parts with out even asking. Now customer service will not call back. Wtf. And the reps I speak to will not give me their supervisors. Some guy said buy a new one and we will give you a discount. I paid over 3000. And was told it should last 20years. Right! Model# zfsb23drass
