7/22 Requested group of 3 smooth "Genie Bras" from immediate e-mail marketing $59.99 plus $12.99 delivery (very costly!) it was charged that very day-to my charge card. Several e-mail to "customerstatus.com" e-mails delivered, no solution about the telephone which stated these were backlogged because of the "storm"?? Held calling, eventually got a man called "Robin" by having an Indian feature I really could hardly comprehend. He explained my cc hadn't been billed only draft reserved (?) and I will delay 3 more months for delivery. That is currently 8/29. I mentioned stop the purchase. He offered me a termination # that was just like my order #. I believe this can be a FRAUD and plan to record it towards the state-of Florida. Wish I will get AmEX to return the cash. Customerstatus.com & the businesses whose mdse they represent appear to be main fraud artists in my experience! Beware~!!
