GE's Consumer Advocate Vikki responded quickly to my posting here at Measured Up. After complaining about paying out of pocket to have my almost 3 year old GE Hydrowave washer repaired, Vikki reviewed my documents and agreed to reimburse me satisfactorily for some of the cost. GE has demonstrated good faith with their consumers and excellent customer relations through people like Vikki. One more note: the GE service was prompt and the technician was great.
