I experimented with return dress-shirts to some Banana Republic shop in Indiana, IN within fourteen days of buying them. The tops had never been used and had the initial labels in it. The CSR in the shop declined to simply accept the return, stating the tops were also wrinkled for him to sell. It was surprising because the tops hadn't actually been eliminated once in the carrier; the CSR about the unique day of purchase had packed them in to the bag which led to the wrinkling.

Written down to Banana Republicis criticism e-mail, they stated my only choice was to visit another Banana Republic shop and also have another supervisor assess the product. Given that choice means I'd need to generate 150 miles each method, that's not possible. They've provided no apology and keep saying their return policy within their reactions.

Obviously, I've ended my BR Luxe charge card (meaning I've bought lots of apparel from their store previously) and certainly will never again purchase any product from some of their associated merchants.
