I had been really dissatisfied from the quality of the 1st Communion gown I bought from their store that we had requested online. For my $120 I obtained a wrinkled dress using the beading falling-off, with incomplete sleeves that had strings dangling. It had been really unlike the stunning picture on the clever site. They've a no-return policy and based on the packaging data I obtained they alert, "please be recommended our return policy is strictly charged and we shall not endure challenging emails or telephone calls for discounts". I did so deliver a contact which (shock) went unanswered. Consumer beware!
