Horrible Customer Service!

I requested a set of sneakers on November 29. Lastly obtained the sneakers per week later. Exposed the container and there have been two distinct shoes. Named customer support was on-hold for 13 minutes before anybody helped me. Was told I really could deliver them back via UPS however it might take-two to three business days in order for them to deliver me a delivery tag via email. Lastly obtained the delivery tag and delivered the sneakers back. Was told I'd obtain the proper sneakers via one day atmosphere. It's been four times no sneakers. Named customer support again on-hold for 14 units. The repetition named the shop and spoke with all the supervisor. The supervisor stated its nothing wrong the purchase was appropriate. I informed her to inform him to start the freaking container and he'll observe these were two distinct shoes. He appeared within the container and noticed the issue. I obtained a following range for that new cargo. It's suppose to become here tomorrow. I really hope so. This is actually the worst business actually. I'll NEVER IN MY LIFE purchase other things from their website. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!
