Our supervisor 's title is Pam, she's been managing me very cruely, she didnot actually reply my great morning. The other evening she asked me did you sign your start & split blankets, and so I didnot understand what she is referring to, I informed her nobody told me, she responded infront of everyone in a gathering "I don't think you". I mentioned truly no body explained " & again she said I actually donot think you. So I questioned her to request all of the people. Most of these was within this assembly... With no one mentioned nothing... It surely affects me that after she actually understood the reality she did not appologize of blaming me of laying infront of everyone. 24 hours later (that will be nowadays 05/25) she explained examine this womanis driver permit to ensure she is above 55years old for that mature discount on wednesday. Each morning i requested aother supervisor concerning the era we ought to consider people seniors to provide them the discount... She explained 50 years. Then when Pam explained 55!! It entered my brain that I had been advised different things and so I informed her "another supervisor explained it is 50" I informed her this so they could work it out & tell which to check out... So in the place of performing absolutely she stated " I actually donot think you"... So easy also accuse me of laying... Damaging me... Simply because she does not wana do the best thing.
Simply.
1- did not determine one to practice me on something... Simply explained I've to request.
2- did not make certain what I understood or not since there is no one accountable for providing me the info.
3- Accusing for issues I actually donot understand & does not blame others for not showing what I've to complete.
4- Something I tell her, she simply stated therefore merely "I actually donot think you". Without making any work to understand the reality.
5- when she discovers Iam stating the reality... She does not appologize or display any regret, alternatively she attempts to get something on me. 6- threateneing me, in the place of informing me you've a particular time to complete this task, she simply do not provide me a particular period, she simply stated should you choosenot complete quickly I'll allow you to clock-out & leave.
6-Doesnot say hello or great morning when she recognizes me, After I tell her hello, she doesnot respond back.
I resigned beacause of her method of managing me that we believe due to my bias or since I'm pregnant. I dropped my work due to her psychologically destroying me & I do want to possess a payment for I had been designed to abandon cause I really couldnot keep being handled thus unfairly & abused by phrases or I'm gona need to get my privileges legally through processing an incident against Ross Dress For Less organization.
