Horrible customer support. They declare that they're the very best to-order from due to their large return policy (they provide a reimbursement of the gown cost minus 10% restocking charge)... Garbage. I paid $350 for my gown and got free delivery. Before that gown arrived in, I came across another that I preferred more... And so I requested that and made a decision to stop my purchase. Due to the $75 cost for eliminating the purchase, I thought perhaps I'd delay and simply deliver the order back and spend the 10% restocking charge. After I named they insisted on getting a $25 shipping fee (along with the restocking charge)... Despite the fact that my bill clearly mentioned the cost of the gown was $350 with FREE DELIVERY. I'll never every suggest them to anybody. They're extremely dishonest. And of course, they've a reliablility score of the D - using the Better Business Office... I want I'd have experienced that before my purchase. Additionally, works out, the gown I requested was a duplicate (virtually precise) of the Maggie Sottero gown but were moving it down as their particular. I wonder if Maggie Sottero is aware of it. Do not look here.
