Paid for items, never received them, company doesn't respond!

I requested and taken care of 6 bras at $20.99 each to get a whole of $125.94 at www.juliasbrashop.com on 6/7/09 with my charge card thru PayPal. The website claims the item is likely to be shipped within 7 - 10 times. Three months and several telephone calls & e-mails later, I obtained precisely 50% of my purchase (3 from the 6 bras). The packaging slip surrounded did show that 3 of the things requested weren't incorporated, but didn't show when they were on backorder, or if (or when) the could be delivered. Several calls and emails later however without any reaction to my request a reimbursement for that absent product for $62.97.

I approached PayPal plus they stated they provide customer protection for EBAY CUSTOMERS ONLY! Hmm. Great to understand. Am currently seeking state with charge card business. The corporation has several, many customer grievances of additionally being scammed on the web in addition to an Y score using their local BBB.
